Reinstall DirectX and the VC++ Redistributables (both x86 and x64).
Patcher cannot connect or gets stuck
Whitelist the client in Windows Defender and your antivirus, run as administrator.
Missing Python library error
Add the game folder to your antivirus exclusion list and re-run the patcher.
3D graphics / black screen issues
Update your GPU drivers and verify DirectX 9 runtime is installed.
The .exe will not start at all
Right-click → Properties → Compatibility → Run as administrator.
Keyboard input not working in-game
Disable keyboard remapping software and match your keyboard language in-game.
